Our bartenders shake up island classics with a twist. Order the famous Hermitage Rum Punch, a Pineapple Caipirinha or an Antigua Sunset, a cocktail made for the moment the sky turns gold.

Omakase Dinner

For something truly special during your stay Hermitage Bay, join us for an intimate Omakase journey. Put yourself in the hands of our chef for an eight-course menu that showcases the best of the day’s catch, prepared before your eyes and served course by course. Each dish is made fresh in the moment and paced to let you savor every bite. The menu changes with what the sea and our garden offer that day, so no two evenings are quite the same.
