Organic Kitchen Garden
We believe in using only the freshest ingredients in our restaurants and bars. That's why we grow many of our own seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs right here on the resort in our organic garden.
Not only does this keep to an absolute minimum the number of miles food must travel to reach us, but it ensures that the quality remains second to none.
