Hermitage Bay Update

 

Here at Hermitage Bay, the wellbeing of our staff, guests and suppliers is of utmost importance to us and we wanted to assure you all that we are closely monitoring the Covid-19 situation and have implemented, over the last few weeks, careful working practices to ensure the safety and comfort of all in-house. These are continually being revised as we get further updates and information from the World Health Organisation.

Staff have been newly trained in thorough hygiene practices, in line with the most stringent latest advice, and we are smiling as usual, even though we are not shaking hands any longer.

In light of the uncertainty for travelers, we have revised our cancellation policy for new bookings so that there are no penalties as long as cancellation is at least 21 days before arrival. For existing bookings, we allow postponement of your stay for up to 12 months.

These are difficult times for us all, but the sun is still shining here in Antigua and we are looking forward to welcoming you to Hermitage Bay for a restful and restorative vacation.
