Though it is often said that the entire Hermitage Bay experience feels like a pampered massage, you may also enjoy actual spa treatments influenced by the ancient eastern concept of Chakra at our Garden Spa. Defined as energy centres that receive, assimilate and express your life force, there are seven chakras in total: five located along your spine, one near your brow, commonly referred to as "the third eye," and "the crown," which represents a connection with your higher self and the very essence of your being.

Treatments are by appointment only and may be enjoyed in the Garden Spa or the privacy of your Pool Suite or Beachfront Cottage from 10:00 to 19:00 daily.
