MEDITATION, YOGA & PILATES
A dawn meditation is offered every Monday and Friday at 7:30am on the hotel’s spa deck, followed by a 1 hour yoga class from 8 to 9am (7:45 - 8:45 Tuesdays and Thursdays).
A 1 hour pilates class is held every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:45 to 8:45am, also on the spa deck.
You may also book individual yoga, pilates, and/or meditation sessions to be enjoyed at your leisure for an additional fee.
