The Fitness Centre at Hermitage Bay recently opened and is fully equipped with equipment from Technogym and Jordan.

We have the following machines:

• 2 Technogym Excite 700 treadmills
• 2 Technogym Excite 700 cross trainers
• 1 Technogym upright bike
• 1 Technogym Excite Wave
• 1 Fluid rower
• 1 Jordan Smith Machine and weights
• 1 Jordan dual adjustable pulley
• Stability ball & ab cradle
• Mats and space for yoga and stretching
