Other daily delights include bircher muesli, organic fruit yoghurt, and a home baked pastry basket that features an assortment of breads, muffins and croissants served with locally made organic jams from Sister Glo.
From an Asian Spiced Duck Salad or Kobe beef burger to the Grilled Ribeye Steak or Spicy Caribbean Seafood Creole, the lunch and dinner menus at Hermitage Bay are nearly identical in terms of culinary sophistication and selection.
